The following general conditions govern and apply to your use or recourse to the site maintained by Cryo-Metal Inc. (CM Equip)
Prices are listed in Canadian currency. All applicable taxes extra. In the event of a pricing error, CM Equip reserves the right to change the price without notice. CM Equip also reserves the right to change prices based on changing economic and manufacturing conditions.
Free Freight with an equal order of $500.00 on Diamond Blades and Abrasives products. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Orders containing other CM products will pay for a portion of the freight cost (TBD). All Equipment is F.O.B. CM Equip Warehouse location in Laval, QC, Canada.
Rush and/or special instructions will be charged freight extra at CM Equip's discretion.
Shipping errors, missing items or damages must be reported to CM Equip within 3 business day of receipt of shipment (damages must be accompanied by a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage).
Terms are net 30 days from date of shipment to established CM Equip customers. To establish an account, contact our Customer Service Department. All payments must be in Canadian dollars.
If the purchaser fails to make payment within thirty (30) days (or agreed upon terms), CM Equip may defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its discretion, cancel all or any part of unshipped order.
Accounts will be placed on hold if they have invoices outstanding for over 90 days.
Accounts over 180 days will be sent to our collections agency.
If a customer averages over 150 days for payments for over a year, they will lose credit privileges.
No returns will be accepted or credited without prior approval in the form of an RGA (Return Goods Authorization Number). Items returned for replacement or refund MUST be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
CM Equip inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used or non-resalable items. Returns may be subject to restocking fees based on the return policy of the manufacturer, as well as shipping or other fees.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with CM Equip products, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
All returns MUST be in resalable condition. CM Equip inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used or non-resalable items. Returns may be subject to restocking fees based on the return policy of the manufacturer, as well as shipping or other fees.
90-Day Full Service.
CM Equip will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. CM Equip will send you parts and pay the labor at an agreed rate, or CM Equip will repair and/or replace any defective parts, free of charge upon returning the product to CM. Products must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid (CM Equip will pay the return freight after warranty work is completed), with a return authorization number clearly marked on the package (obtained from our Customer Service agent or Salesperson).
One-Year Limited Warranty
Any product is covered by a one-year warranty on parts only from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage resulting from operator abuse. This warranty is null and void if the product or any of its components are modified, altered or in any way changed.
CM Equip reserves the right to make changes or improvements on it products without incurring an additional obligation including any obligation to make corresponding changes or improvements to products previously manufactured or sold. CM Equip reserves the right to discontinue products at any time without notice.
